Summer Festival of the Arts

Get ready for good food, fun crafts, and great art in Youngstown! The Rose Melnick Medical Museum will be participating in the Summer Festival of the Arts this year. As always, admission to the Museum is free. In addition to tours, there will be a craft activity for kids on the front lawn of the Museum. The movies “Night at the Museum” and “Monsters Inc.” will be shown in the conference room. Check out the Festival website to see what else is going on!

Nurses Appreciation Day
Youngstown State University, Maag Library, and the Rose Melnick Medical Museum are inviting all local nursing students, practicing nurses, and retired nurses to join us for a morning of recognition. The event will feature light breakfast food, speakers, and a chance to socialize or network. The event will be held at the Melnick Medical Museum which will allow visitors to tour our exhibits and library. Please call 330-941-4662 with any questions. We hope to see you there!

Lake to River Science Day
The Rose Melnick Medical Museum will be open for tours during the Science Day, which is held on the YSU campus at Beeghly Arena. Admission is free. Monetary donations are welcome.
